How to Request Personal Data Deletion
If you have used OpenKiti (operated by Astomverse Innovations Private Limited) and would like to request deletion of your personal data, workspace credentials, or connected account integrations (such as Meta/Instagram or Google Workspace), please follow the instructions below:
Option 1: In-App Disconnection (Instant)
Go to your OpenKiti Workspace Dashboard > Integrations > Click "Disconnect" on any connected integration (Google or Meta/Instagram). This immediately revokes OAuth tokens and terminates active sync pipelines.
Option 2: Email Data Deletion Request
Send an email to naveen.astomverse@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from your registered account email address. We will verify your request and delete or anonymize all associated personal data within 30 days.
